John F. Maniec, a licensed real estate broker in Bayside, New York, began his career in 1986. As an independent agent, he now serves first time buyers and sellers, affluent singles and families, retirees, empty nesters, transferees and investors. His market area encompasses northeast Queens and he has been Selling-New York for the past 17 years.

John earned his bachelors degree from State University College at Oneonta, New York and his master's degree from NYU. He is a member of the local, state and national Realtors organizations and holds a state brokers license.

John is active in his church and community where he had coordinated the holiday Meals-On-Wheels program for nearly a decade. In his leisure, he has been playing golf whenever he finds the time for the past forty years. He makes his home in Bayside and enjoys spending time with friends and family including his four grown children.
